R?DER Zeltsysteme und Service AG is one of the market leaders in design, manufacture and supply of clear-span structures. It is listed on the German stock exchange in Frankfurt am Main. The company’s head office is located in Büdingen, Germany with established sales centers and production facilities operating in 25 key geographical locations around the world, including subsidiaries in China, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Russia, France, Turkey and Italy.

RODER Tent Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is wholly-owned by R?DER Zeltsysteme und Service AG and has offices and partners in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Qingdao. R?DER China manufactures high-class temporary structures for rent and for sale. The company was established in 2004 and is in charge of the business throughout the Asia-Pacific region. R?DER China now employs more than 200 people, starting from less than 10 in the early stages.

The Shanghai headquarters is responsible for the domestic market and expansion into markets like Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. R?DER China has an innovative production line and provides comprehensive solutions from logistics to special equipment and after sales service. It has successfully provided structures for the Shanghai F1 since 2004, the Shanghai Masters since 2005, the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the BMW Asian Open.

RODER Tent Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has moved into its new factory and office complex in the west of Shanghai in 2010, close to the Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub. The Shanghai factory has an annual tent productivity of around 300,000 sqm.
